Every contact gets a permanent link for a QR code or NFC chip. Anyone who scans saves the details to their phone with one tap. Changes are managed centrally, so even old cards stay correct. With statistics per channel.
Digital business cards with a QR code or NFC chip. Anyone who scans sees a clean page with the contact details and saves them to their phone with one tap. The details are managed centrally: change them and the card is up to date straight away, even if it was handed out years ago.
What it does
- One permanent link per contact, with a random code instead of a name. If someone takes over a role, you update the details and every existing card shows the new contact person. Nothing needs to be reprinted.
- QR code and NFC: the QR code downloads as an SVG that scales without loss for print. The NFC chip gets its own link, so you can see which channel is used most.
- Landing page in four languages: English, Dutch, German or French, set per contact. Phone numbers, email, website and address are all clickable.
- Save to contacts: one button, and the phone shows a filled-in contact card.
- Statistics: scans via QR and NFC and saved contacts, per day, per device and per browser language, for each contact and for all contacts together.
- Activate or deactivate contacts: switch a card off temporarily without losing the details.
Administration
Multiple administrators, with an interface in English or Dutch. Sign-in can use a password plus a code from an authenticator app such as Proton Authenticator. The QR code for linking that app is drawn in your own browser, so the secret never goes to an outside service. Super administrators manage the other accounts and can see in a log who changed what.
Privacy
Visitors' IP addresses are not stored in readable form, and contact pages are kept out of search engines.
Technology
PHP with MySQL or MariaDB, with no Composer or other dependencies. Runs on ordinary web hosting and also in Docker behind a reverse proxy.
